SAHC envisions a future where all low-income residents in our service area have equal access to quality healthcare and essential health resources. Through sustainable clinical care and the promotion of responsible health behaviors, we strive to eliminate disparities and ensure that every individual—regardless of income—experiences equitable and improved health outcomes.
